Richard Justice and Avery Villines as they explore, create, entertain, and
develop your child's Creative Side!
All Classes are held at Le Chat Noir Theatre, providing our students the unique
experience of training on stage. Classes are held twice a week to ensure the
continued development of their Individual skills. We limit 12 students per class
allowing us to foster each child's skill while developing their self confidence.
Richard Justice is an Augusta native who has been a part of the local arts community since 1979 when he made his acting debut in the Augusta Players Youth Theatre Production of Jo. Since that time Richard has participated in over 75 productions as well as in Louisiana and Atlanta. After studies at the University of New Orleans and Georgia State University, he returned to Augusta in 1988 and began extensive work with the Augusta Players, Fort Gordon Dinner Theatre, Storyland Theatre, Classis Theatre Alliance and the Augusta Ballet. From 2001—2006 he served as the Artistic Director for the Augusta Players. Mr. Justice is a multiple "Auggie" (The Augusta Players annual awards) winner for his work both onstage and backstage and has been recognized by the Augusta Chronicle and the Augusta Magazine for his contribution to local theatre.]
No
stranger to the stage Avery has enjoyed performing professionally as well as
locally. She has a BFA in Theatre Arts from Valdosta State University and has
worked in professional theatre in Florida, Nebraska, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and
The Bahamas. As a high belt alto, Avery has enjoyed singing and dancing for
Disney's Premiere Cruise line, acting and singing in New Hope's Bucks County
Playhouse, and Daytona's Seaside Music Theatre. Avery came to Augusta in 1998
and has appeared in over 20 local productions. She has worked with the Ft.
Gordon Dinner Theatre, The Augusta Players, The Family YMCA Dance & Drama Camp
and most recently appeared on stage at Le Chat Noir in it's inaugural
production of W;T (Wit) where she played Vivian Bearing.
